Shipping and Delivery
1. How much is shipping?
Local and International untracked standard shipping is done via An Post and these are calculated via the weight of the products you select. These costs will be calculated at checkout. If you'd like to have a custom quote done prior to ordering to reduce costs, please send us an email before placing your order. Should you require tracked shipping, these would incur a custom quote with additional costs and these can be sent to you as a separate invoice.
2. What is processing time?
Processing time is the time required to package and prepare your order which could also involved ordering new stock and inventory. Once we have your products in stock, your order can be shipped within 48hours. During peak seasons there could be up to 10 business days to have stock available from our suppliers but we will always keep you updated.
3. When will I receive my products?
For local orders in the Republic of Ireland, you can expect to receive your products by the next working day. For orders to the UK, you can expect to receive your products within two working days. These are just guidelines as we have no control over the delivery of products via An Post.
The time it takes depends on the country of destination, but on average European addresses can take 3-7 working days. This does not include any weekends, bank holidays, and please be aware that there can be delays in customs that are beyond our control.
We cannot track any international order that hasn't had tracked shipping selected. For tracked shipping rates you would need to be invoiced separately as we ship via standard shipping with An Post to keep your shipping costs low.
